Clippesby Hall’s Award Winning camping and touring facilities are spread over eight distinctive areas, providing you with a choice between secluded individual pitches set into the natural woodland, and more open, family-oriented lawns, with electric hookup available. One of our most popular camping areas with plenty of space for the children. All pitches have electricity available, suiting camping & small campervans and set around the perimeter of the lawn, most being well-positioned for the sun.
Similar to Cedar Lawn, South Park is another open, family-friendly camping area, with sunny, perimeter pitches, some tucked away and all with electricity available. We accept bookings for tents & small campervans on South Park.
The Dell is exclusively for camping set amongst the woods. Outside of the main holiday periods, these pitches are quieter. This area is home to the most popular individual tent pitches on the park with some having elec hookup (bookable).
The Heath is an exclusive camping and touring area with just 8 perimeter pitches, all of a good size, set in a natural wooded glade. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas of the park, the Heath is close to family bathroom facilities.
The Meadow pitches offer individual water and drainage facilities, together with 16-amp electricity connection and hard standing. With just 9 pitches, this is a quieter area with easy access for larger tourers & motorhomes.
Woodland pitches tucked away on either side of a winding path, for tourers and tents, comprised of All-weather pitches with elec hookup, water and drainage. This part of the site is closest to the children’s play area.
Rabbit’s Grove has all-weather pitches suitable for touring and camping, with water and drainage facilities and elec hookup. With more of a woodland feel compared with the more open parkland, this area is a haven for wildlife.
Pine Woods is our dog-free camping area, close to bathroom facilities and set on either side of a crescent shaped track. Electricity available and most receive good sun. We accept pre-bookings for tents and small campervans only..
CAMPING & TOURING FACILITIES
Where Electric Hookup is available, this normally implies a 10 amp electricity supply. All Weather ‘Super Pitches’ have a 16 amp supply, a TV aerial connection and individual water and waste drainage facilities.

We are open all year round (although some facilities/activities are only open Easter to October – please check if you are unsure).
IMPORTANT: Summer High Season arrivals AND departures are restricted to Mondays and Fridays. All other arrival /departure days will show ‘no availability’ when using the online system.
Arrival time: 12:30pm – 5pm
Departure time: 11am
“Premier Parks are of an extremely high standard, set in attractive surroundings with mature landscaping. Facilities, security and customer care are exceptional. You can expect to find electric hook-ups at most pitches, and first-class toilet facilities, including several self-contained cubicles with a WC, washbasin and shower. At many Premier Parks you will find a well-equipped shop and a cafe, restaurant and/or bar”.
Throughout the site we pride ourselves on providing high quality toilet and shower facilities (including a family bathroom for those with younger children), with central heating and unlimited hot water.
We also have a coin-operated launderette on-site.

Please note: Our showers and toilets attached to BASECAMP will always be open, however all other blocks open on a site occupancy basis so please check opening times if it is important for your party to be close to our facilities. Please call for details
