Newly refurbished for 2025, Braemar and Wenlock are semi-detached, ground floor cottages, each offering a cosy getaway for two. They are an ideal base for exploring the delights of the Broads National Park and the beautiful Norfolk beaches which are a short drive from Clippesby Hall.

French doors open out onto the sunny, south facing courtyards and seating areas, perfect for an ‘al fresco’ breakfast or early evening drink. For ease of access, there is car parking right beside the cottages.

The cosy and contemporary living areas include a comfy sofa and Smart TV. There is a pine dining table, and each kitchen is well equipped with a good range of appliances, including an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is also available.

A door from the living area leads through to the bedroom, with views out through mature trees across open countryside. The cottages offer luxurious super-king ‘zip and link’ beds. Please make us aware if you would like them separated into twin beds.

The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a large shower, a hand basin and toilet.
